Webinar: Work, Life, & Balance

The National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse (NRFC) hosted a webinar entitled Work, Life, & Balance on Wednesday, November 18th, 2020. The hosts were David Miller, NRFC Social Media Lead and James Worthy, NRFC Outreach Coordinator. The panelists were former NFL and College Football players Darryl Bullock, Ryan Gilliam, Deryk Gilmore, Keith Goganious, and Andre Collins.

During the webinar, the panelist spoke about their experiences playing football and being a father. The panelists went into detail about managing their football careers and being a responsible father at the same time, managing their child’s screen time, creating family schedules, planning family vacations, and other tools used to navigate the daily demands of being a father. The panelist each provided unique experiences such as pros and cons co-parenting and marrying and/or having children at younger or older ages.

Previously, most of the webinars the NRFC has hosted have been for services providers. This webinar was designated for fathers.
