This is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. He's taking Psalm 139:13-14, which is really part of the context of verses 13-18, which talks about the development of human life before birth, and now wants to equate these verses out of their context to infer that the nature of a person at birth is somehow perfect or free from a nature of sin? This is what open theists do, take Bible verses out of context to infer their doctrine while ignoring verses that validate the doctrines they hate. (And they twist those verses they hate as well.)
