🙋🏼 ABOUT ME: Hi guys! My name is Alyona. I was born in Russia. I'm a musician. And I love art, makeup, fashion, style and beautiful environments. I love playing with makeup and fashion, but at the same time, I’m quite a minimalistic person. I don't like the idea of being fixated on the body too much. I have an alternative and unconventional viewpoint on beauty, the body types and face shapes. I love helping other women find their "it" and finally discover their beauty and boost their confidence.

I have several series on my channel that you might be interested in such as: Body Types, Contouring, Makeup History and Makeup Transformations. Also some random beauty hacks about skin care, hair, nails and beauty in general.

i was always disappointed how the insta-glam-look did not suit me well and thought i was doing something wrong… but it makes sense now. very sharp lines, intense cut creases, "perfectly" applied lipstick, heavy contouring and a lot of highlighter make me look like i am wearing a mask/costume. These tips were so so helpful! also the comments :)

As a Soft Natural I agree with all. For me is important to wear no or a very natural foundation. With a full coverage I look unnatural and not me. I can‘t wear an defined wing on my eyes, just kajal. When I wear red lips, they look better like the french Make-up, not with a countour, just dab the lipstick. The „No Make-up Make-up“ or soft smokey eyes works the best everyday. And Ialways use a blush for freshness.

I noticed as soft natural we are probably the only type (maybe with other naturals too) that actualy looks good in the morning :D becasue of that natural state that does make other women look tired

as a soft natural I prefer 'natural' makeup on me, harsh lines or very colorful eye makeups didn't go well with my look, I always blend well my eyeshadow, blush and lipstick, because it just looks better on me. I also don't wear lipsticks very often, I prefer li balm and accent on eyes, especially lashes. and the most important part for me (besides lashes) is doing my brows, they must be natural but also well shaped, pointed and overdrawn(I prefer them that way, it fits my face and make it smaller, better)

Being a soft natural, my make up secrets are: filled in, but Not too dark brows so that they look very delicate. Muted and dusty eyeshadow in the crease (a soft smokey eye) and on the lower lash line (Not on the waterline, just the outer half of the lower lash line). That makes the biggest difference for me :) And for mascara I always use the benefit roller lash, it makes my lashes long and delicate, but also a bit chunky, the perfect combination ❤️

I’m a SN and this is exactly how I do my makeup based on years of trial and error. Thank you for validating it.

No wonder I always gravitated towards this kind of makeup!!!
Less is more for naturals. I find its very easy to end up looking like I put too much makeup on. So I always keep it minimal. Except for lots of mascara.
I think eyelash primer is very good for soft naturals. It helps you get the extra chunkiness.

I'm a soft natural and I've noticed I look much fresher with very blended chunkier make-up rathar than precise thin lines! Thank you for the tips! 💕

I like what you said about Scarlett's hair at 7:05. Because my hair is quite thin, I am always told by hairdressers to get layers to create volume. I end up with the underneath layer looking very thin and wispy and very unflattering against my broader bones. Kibbe recommends layers for Soft Natural too, but I think the important thing is the feeling of movement in the hair, which can also be achieved with loose, wavy styles, for example. I am now growing out my hair without layers, to maintain the chunkier ends that Scarlett has in that picture. Amazing content as always. Thank you! <3

Aly, thank you for this video! Being soft natural myself, I was unsure if I should do more of a vintage style makeup look as I absolutely love vintage style, so thank you!!

I've watched your videos for years and finally I can say 100% sure that I am a soft natural. I love your content because you teach me so many things about my body, how to dress properly and how to do makeup...and lot more other things that helped me to elevate my appearance. Love from Romania! ❤❤❤

I needn’t say more. You just did the make up I naturally do to my face. I am also a soft natural. I look odd with other body types make up except the romantics ( but not theatrical romantics). You’re really smart

Before I even knew I was any type at all - even since the teenage years I have considered myself a natural style or type. So this series of yours has been the most amazing thing to follow and I look forward to every one of your videos. I get so many tips in this one it’s so helpful because I’ve always struggled with eyeshadow! ♥️

I'm a soft natural and it took me a long time to realize I don't need to balance my eyes by trying to do a cateye or a harsh angle flick upward. I have embraced the less elongated/more contoured eye and heavier lid which surprisingly makes me feel even more like myself!

i am a soft natural and i was waiting for this video for so long!!! thank you aly! I love how it looks on me - i also realized too much highlighter just didnt fit my juicy features; it made me look like a disco ball :-) also no harsh lines; neither on contouring, nor on the eyeliner are a great tipp!!! its true !
