28:37 I took that as a challenge:

Noctowl
Item: Life Orb (makes moves stronger but takes some health)
Ability: Insomnia (I don't know if you can get the hidden ability, which would be better than Insomnia, but it's not that super important thanks to the life orb)
EVs: 252 Def / 4 SpA / 252 SpD (Noctowl Defense definitely sucks, so I had to put lots of EVs there and a good nature, but thanks to Noctowls good HP that should be good enough to make it tanky)
Bold Nature
Moves:
- Calm Mind (makes it stronger and tankier)
- Roost (heals damage, so it's good to use with the Life Orb)
- Hyper Voice
- Hurricane

Now you can use your Noctowl 😎👍

Loved the video Speshel. Makes me want to pick up Pixelmon again and try to get back into competitive Pokemon again after dropping it in SwSh.

Though I do have to question some things from the perspective of a competitive battler, since XY.

Glaceon, ok pick but there are better Ice types for offensive uses. Alolan Ninetales with Screens, Banded Weavile, Mamoswine. But nothing wrong with using a favorite, that's just me with Weavile honestly.

Mence. Dual Wingbeat can be replaced for a non-STAB move since Mence doesn't have good flying type coverage. Aside from maybe Flyium Z Fly. EQ is the most popular choice. Or Roost for longevity.

Decidueye, Banded. A Banded Decid is pretty busted in the their it's in due to it's hidden ability, Long Reach. And Choice Band to negate any downsides Expert Belt would have, ie needing the move to be super effective.

Magearna. Oh boy, the busted mon that got banned from OU 2 gens in a row. Seeing that you were running Shift Gear, a physical set would've been better since that was the most popular set during it's hayday. Shift Gear, Iron Head, Fleur Cannon, and Aura Sphere/some electric move. Usually with Life Orb, Leftovers, or a Z Crystal (mostly Steel or Electric, sometimes fighting). But solid moveset to get the speed boost and aim for a sweep.

Just so you all know in the Anubis servers.
Before you think you can just go into the Safari area
you need to be a certain rank before going into the Safari area.
You can either do that normally or you buy it off of the Anubis store.
Normally you need a certain amount timed played, you need a lot of in game money to unlock it and more.
along with unlock previous ranks. So in all if you do not want to spend money IRL, its a grind.
