This is most certainly true.
Wish I could say that so succinctly in certain situations. I will practice.

The “grace delivery system” idea seems similar to what we find in Wesley’s sermon “The Means of Grace.” He says that the word, the sacraments, and prayer are the most important (but not the only) means of grace. Would Lutherans consider prayer a “means of grace” alongside the word and sacrament?

Question for those who don’t accept reformed Soteriology~ If human resistance is the deciding factor if someone will be saved, how does that not mean some people can’t be saved, and so are destined for hell, since God’s power can’t reach the depths of their soul, and their incapable of giving up self, so there is just no hope, and in reality, they were always going to be/end up faithless, which keeps them under Gods wrath.

What is faith? How do I understand, if I have faith?

We are justified by faith alone, but those without faith are objectively justified? Help me understand that.

I don't find this to be that clear. It would have helped to say what the sacraments are. I know communion is one of them, and baptism, also the weekly confession. If I decide to engage in some street preaching, what do I tell the sinners in order to get them saved? What is the bare minimum?

The difference between Luther's position as he laid out in his reply to Erasmus and the position of Chemnitz in the Formula of Concord is that for Luther the delivery system of the means of grace delivers salvation irresistibly so that all those who are predestined to be saved are brought to faith in Christ, and those not irresistibly given faith are predestined to be damned. In the FC, the delivery system tries to deliver salvation to everyone so that everyone can potentially be saved and failure to obtain faith is down to individual resistance. I think what Luther taught is what Scripture teaches, and what Chemnitz taught isn't.
