I personally think the unupgraded melee skins are not cursed. Because like the weapons it doesnt have any kill sound or finished just the animation. If you kill with upgraded meele it still sounds the default one. Actual curse is the unupgraded prime vandal

i've used the ruin sword without the upgrades more than i have with it, i like the axe animations and how it just looks like i've found a broken sword somewhere and just kept it
