The viscous sheen of sweat on Nick's face is an underrated supporting actor in this film

Why would humans even bother making music? We've clearly hit our peak.

Dan Bongino. The sixteenth student, lying hidden somewhere under the stairs. The one they call the Ultimate Despair. Watch out for him.

This sticks in my head, even 3 years later. Still hilarious. The man in the stairs... scary stuff.

Such a banger. I'm glad this horrible time has highlighted fabulous talent.

this song is a masterpiece. it weaves an intricate story for us listeners in just under a minute.
firstly, the song introduces us to our character, right off the bat he is shown to be a conservative. he is a fan of the rnc. he wants to attend and meet his hero. his hero of course, is our songs subject, dan bongino. he wants to sit with dan, he wants to establish a connection with him. this is where the song takes a deeper twist. our character nick obviously has an absent parent or two. this is confirmed by the fact that he lives in his grandma's house. his grandma seems to also be a patriot. he wants dan bongino to take the place of his father figure. he is so connected with this hero of his that he wishes to become family. then the song calms down again, lighter music as nick talks about the man underneath his stairs. this suggests a troubling home life. he is not supposed to speak about the man in the stairs, given his softer tone of singing. he compares the man to dan bongino, perhaps in comfort. the man will not hurt him if he is dan bongino. his grandmother does not want him to talk to this man. why? could this man be.. his father? it makes sense then why he would compare him to someone he views his father figure. just as this mysterious part of them song abruptly comes, it leaves again. heading back into the subject of wanting to form a connection with dan bongino. then the song ends on that magnificent storyline.
what an amazing thought provoking story weaved. thank you nick for creating this.

When you want to be at the RNC but instead you’re stuck with the man in the stairwell of grandmas basement.

This is quite possibly the best song ever written and performed.

I'd share this with people, but they would probably ask me questions about it.

Dan Bongino is so powerful that he gets an additional G in his name by the end of the song.
