Janis sang with her entire being 💓 This little girl from Texas made it big with her incredible voice, she performed at Monterey Festival around ‘68, Woodstock ‘69 and all her concerts . My all time fav female rocker / blues baby, my heart was broken when she passed away so young (27), that was the danger of the drug world of musicians & she loved her southern comfort & whisky. RIP you crazy young thing 💔❤️‍🩹🔥😻 I was a Janis fan from the first time I heard her voice in the 60’s & will love her til the day I pass 🥰

She died before I was born, but when everyone was listening to boy bands in the late 80s, I discovered Janis, Jimi Hendrix, and Jim Morrison from The Doors. Janis is my favorite hands down female vocalist. ❤❤❤❤
