I’m so jealous of you! If I don’t get up and get moving with something that takes a lot of mental or physical energy within 20 minutes of waking up I find myself being so exhausted. I want to go back to sleep because I didn’t shake off the tiredness. This doesn’t have to do with not sleeping enough either. I have no trouble sleeping, I just find myself being excessively tired if I don’t get moving like… You snuggled up reading a book on the couch in this video? With the cool morning air and that cozy couch… I’d be out like a light.

I think all of us need to have time alone. If one doesn't get that as kid then it is something that can be learned later on. I grew up in an extended family. These were busy people and the supervision came "from a distance" and I think I had many hours where I was left to my own devices.I learned how to entertain myself which somehow lead me to be creative. Hannah, as social as she may be actually enjoys her own company and bless her for sharing those times in videos. Nice to go on adventures and share time with friends but it is so important to learn how to be your own best company.
