AEP Foundation Awards $300,000 to TSTC in Harlingen

The American Electric Power Foundation (AEP) recently awarded a $300,000 grant to Texas State Technical College (TSTC) to help launch the inaugural Electrical Lineworker Progam at the Harlingen Campus.
