10:07 A pretty foolproof and very easy way to start a fire is by using a D battery, some steel wool and dryer lint. Wad the dryer lint up, hold the steel wool against it and touch the battery terminals to the steel wool. The spark will set the lint on fire. Use it to set paper on fire. Don't stire them together because they can accidentally start a fire.
