Hi Rose, you handled that renovation like a pro! I've performed many, both on my personal property, and my rental units. If you can upgrade a kitchen for $10k, and a bathroom for $5k, that's about as good as it gets! Awesome work!

Congrats on your dream home! I've dealt with living in my master bedroom for over 2 months while contractors were remodeling the entire house so I can definitely relate. No kitchen access to cook especially for my dogs was not fun haha.
