Nice bike but not a moped. That is the kickstart model. In my state, a pedal moped does not have a title, and requires only a drivers license. One of those has a title and requires a motorcycle license.
I just recently bought a 1979 Sears Free Spirit moped (with pedals) in near new condition with 200 miles on it. It also needs a new carburetor due to ethanol gas. I paid $950 for it and consider it a great deal. Real pedal mopeds have skyrocketed in price, and are very hard to find. I'm glad I was able to find a '70s model in my state. It is a Puch/Kromag with the Puch E50 engine. Has the Puch snowflake wheels.
