As a Titan main, I honestly love snapping and spamming solar nades and popping well to help me and my team to heal and do more damage

I’m a warlock main and I never had a problem with running well, I’m more worried about what this will do to dps phases in raids

As someone who mains well, im so happy that this doesn't affect me! I get to keep using my well to fling myself into walls at subsonic speeds!

My only issue with this change is that they didnt buff the alternatives nor did they change how damage is received in raid encounters. Its still looking like well is the best option despite the nerf which is honestly quite sad

The problem is they're changing super without revising encounters. If encounters had more variety warlocks could use something different years ago.

Warlocks were like “I’m free” until they realized all the other subclasses and supers are dog and they’re gonna end up on well anyways

The part that hits hard about well is how effects solos.
In fireteams there will still be well, it will just be well and a dusk field. Well and a rift. Well and ready to heal nade. Well and a titan bubble at the back or a barricade.
Warlocks will never truely be free...and now we'll just sucks for solos.

The reality is if they don't adjust the game in some way to compensate for the Well nerf, it's gonna be a net negative.

They've been building encounters around well for ages now, if they don't tone down enemy damage/density, Boss health, or boss damage, it'll make the game harder with no avenue to play around it. Defensive options in general are pretty limited and honestly bad in Destiny.

Remember when they nerfed Resilience and didn't adjust enemy damage to compensate.
