I wish I could have checked myself into prison for a couple years. It's hard to get your mind right when you are struggling to eat and everyone wants to hurt you. Prison has rules your mostly ok if you follow them.

Gotta say jail (not prison) got me into a routine that has been only beneficial in my life. I used to have trouble waking up and after losing so many breakfast meals (1 of the 2 meals you get) im up at 530 every morning at work by 630 home at 3 and get to have the rest of my day to do as i please as a reward which keeps me centered.

I've spent time in county jail. And ik it's nothing like prison. But just being in county was peaceful. I dont have kids or a wife so it was even easier. But to just stay in one spot. Didn't have to get up for work, no stress on bills, where I was getting my next meal. Just made life simple and that simplicity of day to day living was very peaceful
