Not sure why so many people didn't like this album and it didn't sell so well. This sounds like it could have come off of Stadium Arcadium. Vintage Peppers and Josh's guitar sounds a lot like John's. LONG LIVE RHCP!

This song is a lovechild of several classics: the verses are like 'Minor Thing' and 'Purple Stain', chorus reminds me of 'Time' and 'Turn It Again', bassline is again like the latter's (with a strong influence of MJ's 'Smooth Criminal'), the bridge has sort of 'Dosed's riff on keyboard with the chanting of 'By The Way'. The background clapping is also featured on 'Can't Stop' if you listen closely. Anyway I really hope they release it as a single, this deserves to be heard.

I absolutely LOVE this line. I can relate to it SO much and I'm sure a lot of other people can too. It reveals so much in such a simple sentence, and that's one thing I love about RHCP. I love their ability to express what they feel and all that they have been through to their audience through music. I love that I can relate to them, and I love that they are original. Thank you RHCP! :)

Last week rhcp were a band of the week on a local Bulgarian radio and I requested this song on their site. On the next day I was listening to this radio but feeling a bit moody at the time and all at once they started to play this song because, as the radio guy said, it was requested by me. It may sound dumb to some people but this really made my day :)

Oh come on people, if you didn't know John left the band you wouldn't even notice the difference, you would just say that Flea & Chad "took over" this album. Give them a break, after 28 years of playing they are still in their prime and they haven't lost their sound. Thumbs up for "I'm with you".

I love it when people appreciate the lyrics/music for what it really is. A lot of people 'like' music just because 'it sounds good'. When people are touched by music and feel deep emotions, it puts a smile on my face, and thats what its all about :)

Josh Klinghoffer is a CHAMP as far as I'm concerned. He has strong harmonic sensibilities...he fleshes out chord voicings really nicely. His arranging abilities are fantastic as well. This is the most beautiful piece of RHCP music I've heard since "Knock Me Down".

Favorite song off the album. It's true Josh is no John, but John was no Hillel. John will forever be my favorite guitarist whether he's still with RHCP or not, but all the guitarist brought a different sound to the band, and that's what makes RHCP unique and I think this album sounds great :)

this is so old school rhcp but with a new kick. i don’t even know what to say...so hott. it’s got the rock, funky sound with like a hip-hop vibe because his flow is always sick. does anyone understand how happy this makes me?!
