Carl is mechanically Good, previously got many buffs that's why. But his hypercharge alone is not good. I just don't understand why these people dont accept this fact.
Think about it :
1) His hypercharge should have something like immunity against knockbacks to his super, or
2) His fast super mutation.
But they didn't gave him proper hypercharge.
Fact to notice is that Carl was already good in meta before his hypercharge...🤌
