I'm afraid you've confused the Nietzche's eternal recurrence principle with his principal of love of fate. Love of fate is not just not complaining about setbacks and challenges but rather loving the opportunity they give you to struggle and grow. The process is the path and the destination. Amor Fati!

Haha, you need to go back and actually read and understand what AMOR FATI means, AMOR FATI is the love of one's fate. It means to love the way your life unfolds even to the point where you see meaning in your suffering.

Nietzsche said to love your fate, no matter what is going on, weather it is what it's what is called beautiful and ugly. According to the Stoics, where Nietzsche, got the idea of Amor Fati, we do not control our fate. “ I want to learn more and more to see as beautiful what is necessary in things; then I shall be one of those who makes things beautiful. Amor fati: let that be my love henceforth! I do not want to wage war against what is ugly. I do not want to accuse; I do not even want to accuse those who accuse. Looking away shall be my only negation. And all in all and on the whole: some day I wish to be only a Yes-sayer.

And, a few years later, in Ecce Homo Nietzsche writes:
My formula for greatness in a human being is amor fati: that one wants nothing to be different, not forward, not backward, not in all eternity. Not merely bear what is necessary, still less conceal it… but love it.”

Got to say it, Amor Fati... sounds a lot like Armor Fatty... like some one is so Fat that it Armors them.
Got to look at more than a tattoo's meaning sometimes.
Why not just Tattoo "I would live this life again", just as meaning full, and implies the exact same thing.
Sure, it would be a longer/Larger tattoo but as long as your not some pampered fancy-pants wuss, you should be able to handle it.
