7. When you have no one to turn to: Surah Ghafir ayah 44

8. Ism al-Azam is in ayatul kursi and opening of Ale-Imran. Always use this in dua.

9. For sadness and grief: any zikr of Allah, but literally zikr of Allah (Allah, Allah, Allah). The name Allah itself is shifa. Do it till it feels better.

10. Headaches/Pain:
-Surah Baqarah ayah 178
-Surah Nisa Ayah 128
-Surah Anfal Ayah

11. Eyesight:
-Surah Qaf ayah 22

12. Pain in general:
-Surah Anaam, ayah

13. Throat:
-recite any Quran

14. For tightness in chest, communicate a message, interview, public speaking, anxiety:
-Surah Taha ayah 25-28 (Dua of Musa AS)

15. Sickness of chest:
-Surah Yunus ayah 57, Recite Quran

16. Heart & stress:
-Zikr of Allah (Surah Rad ayah 28)

17. Birth/labour:
-First three ayaat of Surah Inshiqaq

18. If anyone gets nightmares:
-Surah Kahf ayah 11-12

19. For envy:
-Surah Falaq and Naas

20. Strong memory, for huffaz, curing forgetfulness:
-First four ayat of Surah baqarah, Ayatul Kursi and two ayaat after that, last two ayaat of Baqarah

I’m like 40 minutes in and I don’t know how someone would say that modern day rap and pop is better than Beethoven. Just because the elite may listen to Beethoven does not mean that his music is the reason why they do whatever evil acts they are doing.
