The 5 things: You’re welcome 😇
1. Being hungry
2. Weight fluctuations
3. Not loosing weight every week
4. Feeling tired, less energy sometimes
5. Feeling like you’re not making progress (fluctuations in how you feel about progress)

I weigh myself nearly every day. It definitely has desensitized me to the fluctuations. I also turn it into a game and I try to guess what I’ll weigh depending on how my body feels. I get really close more times than not! 😂

I definitely have to recognize my triggers and power through the tough moments.

I was emotionally triggered tonight and almost broke my fasting by going to a fast food joint for a burger and fries. I knew I was upset, but I had to sit and think of why I was going to trash my journey with a meal that I knew I would regret. As I drove closer to the restaurant I just…kept driving until the restaurant was behind me. I’m okay now, but I’m still learning how to navigate this whole thing. I’m an emotional eater, so I have to constantly mind my feelings and talk myself through the process.

It’s really hard sometimes, but I know I can do this.

Girl, you've been honestly so inspiring to me! Ive lost +80lbs and a lot of that was through restrictive EDs and a lot of self destruction and distress.
Ever since i found your channel, I've been able to have a healthier approach towards weight loss and fitness. I haven't had any ED behavior in 3 months and you constantly motivate me to keep going without making this process harmful to myself. You've been inspiring me to love myself through the pain and not take things too far.
Thank you immensely for being so vulnerable about your journey. You have no idea how much of a difference you are making in some people's lives. Much love from Brazil ❤️🙏🏻

Weighing myself every a good idea. It goes up and down so much. The temptation is so great. Fantastic videos Louise. I'm in month 5 right now. You have a very good personality for this genre of media. Good going

Thanks for sharing your loose skin. There have been many times in my weightloss journey that I’ve seen your pictures and thought “if Louise looks good with loose skin then I will too”

I’m so proud of you Louise. I’m sure you hear it a lot but you’ve earned it! Thanks for your channel and all that you do to help others. I don’t have a gym buddy or anything so you’ve become my virtual fitness gal-pal to keep me inspired and to keep up the fight for a healthier me. Thank you for sharing your journey with us, we are all so lucky 🍀 ❤

Rly needed that. Having a bad day and literally compared myself to others and how i'll never be pretty no matter how much weight i lose. While still being away from my goal by around 40lbs that i still wanna lose, i already managed to lose more than 100lbs and struggle to see the difference. Bcs i never rly took progress pics, being too scared of the camera. If my friends didn't take pics of me in the past, i wouldn't be able to look back and see how far i came. Thanks for spreading positivity!! TwT 💜

One of my doctors who is helping me on my health journey, reminded me that progress isn’t linear and to think of getting off-track as like steering a ship. Sometimes you get off course and then have to steer yourself back on course.

Thank you! I really needed this one today!!❤ I'm up a pound since yesterday, but I'm going to keep going on with my diet today...and even that is a win because in the past, if my weight went up, it was an excuse to give up and eat everything I wanted that day and feel even worse about myself later on. I can't thank you enough for your videos that keep me going!!

Thankyou Louise. So needed to hear your words. Today was a better day. Ate burrito for breakfast to give those extra carb energy. Squats were the best I have ever done. The scale, like you say went up today, but that's okay. I didn't give up nor ate the snicker that's taunted me for days. The deficit today feels okay. Think I was saving my most carbs fats for evening yesterday. It made me emotional. Today starting the day with a burrito seemed to help. Plus the coffee plenty of. I absolutely feel like I am binge watching your videos daily. When getting steps done. Think I will be all the way til the end 7 plus weeks to go. Kudos to anyone doing deficits and bettering themselves. It's bloody tough mentally. Anyhow thankyou
