Got a question. If I live in a apartment and my usage of my guitar cab 4x12 has affected to the unit below me, will this helps absorb any frequency that is disturbing to the unit below?

As I believe, those unwanted frequencies is travelling my floor concrete slab, thus it becomes audible to the unit below me.
