ISIS 'funders' to sue US Treasury

Four men accused of financing ISIS say they want to take legal action against the US Treasury Department, which has levelled the accusations against them. Among them is Farhad Hoomer, who is accused of being the group's ring leader. He was previously arrested on terrorism-related charges, which were later withdrawn.
