ALANYA: Top 10 Unmissable Places to Visit | Alanya, Antalya Turkey Tour in 2022

In this video, I share what I feel are the top 10 most unmissable places you can visit in Alanya, which is in the Antalya province inTurkey. Whenever you decide to travel to Alanya in 2022 or beyond, you can use this video as a way to guide you during your trip to the turquoise coast. We show some of the best things to do in Alanya.

I have been living in Alanya for the past year and it is famous for its stunning beaches, Taurus mountains, and ancient history. Cleopatra beach in Alanya is one of the most famous beaches n Turkey as Queen Cleopatra once swam here.

Take the cable cars up to Alanya Castle which was once the summer residence of Seljuk Sultan Aladdin Keykubad. The Red Tower was also built during the reign of Sultan Aladdin and it is now a national symbol of Alanya. The Alanya shipyard is also nearby and you can buy a combined ticket with the Red Fort Tower.

The Alanya Pirate boat tours are popular with tourists and you can visit many caves and beaches during this tour. You can also see the famous Alanya lighthouse from the seas.

Some popular day trips from Alanya include Manavgat waterfall, Side (where you can try out dune buggies and white water rafting), Koprulu Canyon, and Sapadere Kanyon.

You can find many amazing restaurants cooking up some of the freshest and best produce that grows here in Alanya. One unique restaurant we recommend visiting is called Göl Piknik in the Dimçayi area. This is a fabulous mountainside restaurant with delicious dishes. We chose the sac kavurma, cheesy mushrooms, chips, eggplant, and yogurt salads. In the summer months, you can enjoy your meal outside in canopy’s surrounded by the water and play in the water park. After visiting this restaurant, you can visit the nearby Dimçayi caves, and lakes and enjoy the scenic views.

Two years ago i was with my boyfriend in Alanya and we did a jeep safari tour, pirate boat and we have seen manavgat and Side and we loved it.
We like Köfte in Alanya more than in Marmaris.
