I got a Fitbit for my birthday and I really like it.

it's 2023 and I dragged out my 10 year old Flex and it's working fine with the app. LOL! It's simple and it works! The band broke so I use a twist tie to to slide the band through. I actually had a pile of bands that I had bought but SOLD THEM when I stopped using the Fitbit...bad move! I had another that had died, so how long this last is a question. I had stopped using it because I got panicky about "signals" for some reason,

I love Fitbit I have a Alta HR I am disabled and I work out a lot and it keeps track of my sleep keeps track of my heart rate which I’m very proud it’s only 57 I work out a lot and it’s been very good for me I just received member of the mall month at my health club it’s great to keep track of my stats thank you Fitbit

I ALSO GOT A FLEX FOR CHRISTMAS, BUT I CAN'T GET THE WRISTBAND TO CLASP. EVEN MY HUSBAND CAN NOT DO IT. ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM?

I bought this Fitbit Flex for my wife for Christmas. We got all the way through the set up until it came to syncing the device. With the dongle in the UBS drive, it didn't find our device. We tried going back to re-do the set up with no luck syncing the device. We even tried syncing from the iPhone app. Again, no luck.
We also didn't find or read any instructions on how long we need to charge the device out of the box ? Another YouTube video indicated 2 hours.  
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

i can't implement my height and weight. It keeps saying invalid when I try to set up my fit bit. I have the fit bit charge

I just got a replacement Flex.  I want to set it up on my old account ... but I am unable to find  'account set-up'.  What am I doing wrong?  I put in the dongle to my laptop.  I'm charging the tracker on the USB charger.  But how do I get to 'account set-up' to log-in as an existing user?  Earlier, when I went to 'setup & download' ... and began downloading ... the fitbit connect seemed to get hung up.  I'm trying it again.  But please feel free to give me a numbered, step by step instruction, if this doesn't work.  Please & thank you.

Can we use both the computer/windows app and the app on our phone?? I've never used one of these before, so Im not sure if I can use both apps.

Do you need to use Bluetooth sync or can you leave your phone home and when you come back sync the data from the tracker to your phone?

I too am having trouble inputting my height and weight. Each time I've done so, I've gotten a message that has read invalid entry.

rip it won't update anymore, even though the app tell me it needs an update. won't sync (probably because it's discontinued)
