How to make a picture frame clamping jig.

Couple of ideas to upgrade and make the jig more complete:
a) number the holes, so no counting necessary, less chances of errors
b) in the center piece you can set a threaded rod, fix in one side and with a knob in the other to do the tightening without clamps.
