It takes a vacuum to freeze dry food, not a freezer and dryer. A freeze dryer pulls a vacuum while it's frozen lowering the boiling point so the moisture boils off at freezing temperatures.

I have try and it kind of works. How it works? My is just like him “it looks like original but no” but when I chew it is like has some crunchy sound compare to the original/freeze dry.
1) I use air fried and turn to unfreeze dry. If u don’t have u can follow the video steps
2) after 19 mins, the skittles will looks like a bit bigger when u compared to original
3) there u have it! A bit Crunchy freeze dry snack!
