Thanx for your detailed help....even the included instructions with the unit weren't this clear or helpful....and the toll-free number is time consuming and frustrating ....took over 15 minutes to speak to a real person and then the call got are there really that many people on the phone complaining about Frigidaire You totally saved me from throwing this unit out into the yard!.... now if I could only figure out how to set the cooking power level
