Sayona's Authier Lithium mine in Canada is most likely going to be the first revenue stream. Goes into production next year if all goes well. If my math is right at today's Lithium prices they will start streaming 2.3 million dollars a year from that investment

I think both electric Royalty and nova Royalty are screaming buys. No expenses and one these mine go into production cash will be rolling in
