I’m also a medical student in china. I agree about Chinese doctors having too much work and doctors in china are also not paid well. The experience we have in China as medical students, is very different compared to other parts of the world. Amazing video❤️

I’m a PreMed and was surprised too when visiting China that a medical degree isn’t as sought after as it is in the States. It’s a beautiful country and great job for those who choose to study medicine there!

From Thailand, undergrad in London, med school in China. So well traveled~ also I was just wondering why it sounds like he has an American sounding accent?

A very objective and a typical day of a doctor student in China. Coincidentally, I graduate from the same MBBS program, and career from residency to attending. It's true to see 70 patients in the morning, but we accomplish it cooperatively by a 2-3 doctors group. Now I move to the USA, try to achieve the M.D. and ph.D. If lucky enough I would restart residency here, and I will be able to thoroughly compare totally different medical systems between CHN and the USA.

Hi! I’m a med student studying in the Philippines. It’s pretty interesting to hear your reasons as to why you chose to study in China and how it’s like to study medicine there! Keep it up!

I am a medical student currently studying in Wuhan, China. I am just about to complete my third year . Being stuck with online classes during the pandemic has really made me question my choices. My clinical years are yet to start but I was feeling very anxious, not sure if I will get the appropriate exposure needed to be a good doctor (in my books). This video was kind of relaxing in a weird way haha.

This was a nice video to watch. I too went to China to study medicine (Suzhou) and have been to Shanghai many times. Now I'm doing my residency in the states.

My reasons for going to China were very similar to his. Truly is a beautiful country and experience to study there
