Hi, I have inherited a old victorian property, I am converting the house into two flat's. I here you have to put two leases on the flats, I understand you can't be freeholder with two leases in your name, is it best to have one in your personal & put the other one in a limited company... I plan to rent both properties, any help in how to go about doing this, will be much appreciated.
