Less weight maybe means less beefier components and less sound insulation.
But I think the other manufacturers have to do a better job freshening up the looks of their cars. The Koreans are one step ahead in the design department this time around.

I actually agree with you on Hyundai dumping the Elantra Touring. Maybe, Hyundai will redo the Touring and give it a new name with a new look. Maybe a bigger, boxy version of the Kia Soul.

Strange how the interior has a completely different centre stack design than the Elantra sedan and coupe... personally, I like this one better.

I dont think it is ready for the Mazda 3 quite yet. That is a strong strong competitor.

i'm not a veloster fan, so it'd be cool to see an "si", to borrow from honda, version of this thing...i like the look...not as crazy as the mazda 3, but more expressive than the golf, imo...
