What about tRNA ? tRNA would be CAGUCU, so the protein should Gln Ser , as we know mino acid is brought to rRNA by tRNA .

This was so usefull, there is something called Bidirectional transcriprion, does it mean that transcription can be done too in the coding strand?

I have a doubt regarding 'coding sequence', is it the sequence of template DNA that is being transcribed or is it the sequence of coding strand that resembles newly formed mRna?

mRNA for just all same as coding except for T will be the U, mRNA of coding strand will be GUCAGA

Which side is the N terminal and which side is the C terminal?

mRNA will be converted as CACAGA, if T converts to U and U converts not back to T, but converts to A 😁
