Inside A $1.15 Million 4-Bedroom Condo With Lovely River Views

This week, we tour an older 99-year leasehold condo in Hougang. Evergreen Park is a condo that was completed in 1999 with 394 units. While it might be overshadowed by newer developments such as Riverfront Residences and Kingsford Waterbay, it does still come with direct views of the Sungei Serangoon.

The unit itself is a 4-bedroom condo that comes in at a size of 1,367 square feet. It does offer quite a unique layout too, with the bedrooms located across the living and dining area. There’s even space for a powder room for guests too, which typically only comes in with bigger luxury developments.

Nice kitchen. Good call to close it off if there’s gonna be heavy cooking esp stir frys and pan frying.
Quite well done except for one thing that can’t be avoided in this design…the dreaded long/longish and narrow living room area.

i know this is a week old... but if the shoe cabinets was a existing store room... shouldnt the existing space be bare behind it? if u can slide out the shoe cabinet and have room for suitcases or decorations and a christmas tree behind it?

i think that woulda been a even better usage for that limited unused space.... LOL maybe im thinking too much! 😅
