I have a relative I care for so I can relate to people who think they can use a disabled car space to make a 'quick call/text'. I have to get a wheelchair out of a boot/trunk and people like that woman talking on her phone really do flummox, perplex and irritate me with their sense of entitlement/selfishness.

There's a reason why disabled parking spaces are available to people who qualify to use them, and it's not to text your friend to complain about an elderly lady tapping on your window about your 'self-entitlement, selfishness and outright rudeness'.
