Cleaning Out My Barns For Winter

Hi everyone! Well winter is just about here where I live and that means I need to move a lot of my tack and liquid products out of my barn, and to a place where the cold weather won't effect it. So I thought I would take you along with me while I pack up my barn stuff.
And I also realized I have a lot of stuff that I don't use. So I am trying to downsize my horse stuff to the things that I use regularly. Which means I will be getting rid of the stuff I don't need, or use.
I am doing this for two reasons really, one, to minimize what I have in my barn, and two to make a little extra money for the upcoming holiday. The main reason is to minimize though. It's kind of like cleaning out your closet, if I haven't used an item in the last 6 months, I don't really need it. And instead of having mountains of horse stuff that is just taking up space, I am going to get rid of it. I want to keep my barn as clean and neat as possible, and I think this is a good way to do that.
I also have found that I tend to collect horse stuff, stuff that I don't use. So I thought it would be helpful to get rid of all of the stuff! Hopefully this will be good for someone else too, because they will get a great deal on barley used horse stuff!
If you need horse stuff, and don't want to spend a lot of money on it I will let you know when I will be listing these things on eBay, just in case you want some extra stuff!

Hi again Lisa, I do the exact same things that you do getting ready for Winter. I don't know about you, but, I really don't like Winter. But, I guess we have to make the best of it, right? I have places downstairs in our house where I put my stuff away until Spring. I will be bringing my liquid stuff in pretty soon, and cleaning tack also. I purchased some screw-in type hooks where I hang my bridles on downstairs. I also have saddle racks down there as well, and extra shelves for my liquid supplies.I also have a sheet of pegboard with hooks for hanging cinches, breast collars, and etc... It works really good, and everything is neat and handy until needed. Oh...I don't like spiders either, so I know how you feel! I enjoyed the video, and look forward to them. I live in South Carolina. Today it's low 70's. Can't complain. Our average is high 30'to 50's. We basically shut down if one flake of snow even thinks about falling!! !!

I know how you feel about the black widow we have them here where I live 《do not continue reading if you are scared of spiders like spiders or get grossed out easily 》 my dad drilled a black widow and my brother sprayed one with bleach and watched it melt but they had to go because they were near the horses =( =)

Why is there always a draw or tub or what ever with spare odd brow bands an odd bits that you don’t use it’s kind of like the issue of wire coat hangers they breed in your closet when you are not looking and what is it about getting stuck with a pile of single socks does the dryer or washer eat them but only eat one and leave it’s pair live forever a single lif sounds like you need to set of a bug bomb in the tack room we get lots of nasty spiders in australia so I often set of a bug bomb to kill the ones that are in hiding
