How to replace a windshield wiper motor

I remove a defective windshield wiper motor and install a new unit. I test the electrical connection to the motor before replacing it. I don't cover the removal of the windshield wiper arms ; I show that procedure in this video : 'Windshield wipers not working - how to tighten the wiper arms' :
