In UK they just use one word to all of those : it’s broke

As I see most of the native speaker's comments, they stated they do not use such sentences. As an Indian, I also confirm we use one word for all not working things in Hindi: " kaam nahi kar raha/kharab hai".
No specific words for every other thing

One thing i learnt early on in school is that maintain fluency.. don't think much about the fancy vocabs or or grammar..

Of course be grammatically correct as much as possible. There's no alternative to that but think less... speak more and you'll get the hang of the lingo
