Double Front Flip Took Me All Day

My double front flip journey... This move took me all day. As requested the double frontflip on the trampoline. I was ready to give up multiple times until I finally decided to quit.

However, the lingering feeling of failure forced me to try again. By the end of the day I finally succeeded at teaching myself how to double front flip. Celebrate hard, but you gotta focus.

You focus to much on pushing your upper body around and forget to push your legs back. Then someone told me that. I could do it much easier.

This video is amazing I’ve been trying to do a black flip and I feel like I’m the only one struggling at these flips but, I see the guy teaching me a back flip is struggling too and you actually did it so this video is amazing and motivating, so I’m going to back outside and do the back flip but.... I gotta focus
