Constitution of India - History | Arjun PK | Legal Reasoning for Law Entrance Exams | CLAT 2022

Arjun is an alumnus of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi and Azim Premji University, Bangalore.

While at NUALS, he served in a leadership capacity at the University’s Centre for Human Rights and was instrumental in organizing a number of international seminars and research initiatives. He founded the non-profit ‘Legal Collective for Students’ Rights’ in 2017 - which has been actively engaged in policy research, advocacy and strategic litigation on students’ rights. The collective, under his leadership, has a number of legal victories to its credit, including the landmark judgment of the Kerala High Court in Faheema Shirin v Sree Narayana College where the court held that right to access the internet is a fundamental right - a first in the country.

Currently, he’s leading the Indic Law project, with a mission to make legal knowledge and career accessible to everyone.
He’s concerned about causes like gender justice, climate resilience and open data and is passionate about new technologies and promotes open-source alternatives. During his free time, you are most likely to find him on his bike riding towards a mountain or at his home scavenging the internet for pearls of wisdom on his phone or computer. He likes photography and enjoys country and folk songs.
