Not bad for a first vlog. Some interesting tid bits here 😂. Can maybe add a storyline for the next one (if there is one). Personal favourite is Casey Neistat. Journey -> problem -> resolution

Why are you wake up at 9 am? I often wakeup at 5.30 am. I think sleep early and wakeup early is good for us

This is incredibly helpful and hopeful. It's human, to not be on your A game all the time, and I appreciate your 2020 self having the foresight to record less than ideal situations, in real time, to help viewers learn. I haven't seen this from other efficiency experts.

I feel like 💩 when I wake up late and am feeling meh, and easily fall into a fatalistic mindset. MVG is a concept I'll take to heart going forward
