Interpretation:
“Is it fine? Can I throw it all away?” I have nothing, yet I am fulfilled. Our time together, every word we have exchanged in the past, I will cut them to shreds and toss them. The theme of Tsugihagi Staccato, to us, is of a person whose love is unrequited, as their relationship has come to an end, but they refuse to let go of the torn pieces that they have cut apart themselves. In love and in life, there will be people and situations that we will want to keep close to us, but will only end up hurting us and them too. It is better that we let go, and have nothing, in hopes to become fulfilled and happy in the end.
