Hi, I would like to know what happens in a situation where a simple summons is badly written in a sense that it does not disclose a cause of action(the defendant does not know what exactly is he being sued for)?
...and since this type of summons is not a pleading, can defendant apply to set aside a default judgment if there was no notice of intention to defend?
