I absolutely LOVE Joyce from the bottom of my heart. I found her on TV 📺 at the start of 2014 when I had just experienced unspeakable chronic trauma worthy of a horror film you might see at the cinema. I think the real problem is that we have not been taught to trust in God's wisdom and perfect love for us to the point of allowing him to do his perfect will in our lives, but not only that, but to demonstrate it with contentment despite the circumstances. Just as Paul was at peace and content even in prison. Although many may not like it, they do not trust in the fact that our Heavenly Father has for us, it is simply the best. And it's not about stopping praying, but about praying and ending the prayer with a genuine, "not my will, but yours be done" and letting go! 🥺 Keep living with a grateful heart.
