I really appreciate your commentary and anecdotal experience w/ social anxiety. It was interesting watching the techniques you employed to help you deal w/ it, b/c it can be a crippling disorder. For the future: if you completely solve cross and f2l (centers and edges) before solving s2l centers it is faster because you don't have to make sure you aren't messing up the centers while solving a good chunk of the centers.
