Skiathos 2021 - Episode 9 - Troulos - 3 Restaurants (Salt & Pepper, Victoria & Olive Thea) & Sunset

In the penultimate episode, we return to Troulos for our final days on the island.

In the episode we visit three restaurants in and around Troulos. The first of these is Salt & Pepper restaurant in Troulos, sampling Chicken Souvlaki and Beef Stifado.

A few days later, we then take a stroll along Troulos Beach on a cloudy day and have a few beers and have some downtime.

We then have a stroll along the shortcut from Troulos Beach back toward the Morifa Apartments. We meet a channel subscriber along the way for a few beers and a chat.
Afterwards we head further along the cut up to Christakis Sports Bar and show you round the complex.

That evening we head to Victoria Bar & Taverna for our evening meal where both sample a lovely Pork Fillet dish and take in the atmosphere of the lovely bar area, accompanied by the lovely staff.

The next evening we head up to the much revered Olive Thea Restaurant, taking in the stunning panorama whilst sampling the restaurants cuisine. Well worth a visit for the views.

Then our last night sees us head around to Agia Eleni Beach, kindly escorted by a channel subscriber, Steve Feasby. We take in the beautiful sunset to round off an absolutely fantastic holiday.

Well, what can I say? I delayed watching your final video because, like a good book, you want to know how it will turn out, but you don’t want it to end! I thoroughly enjoyed the series so a big thanks you to you and Jacqui for sharing your holiday. It was great to see so many places I remember, but also to see places I have yet to visit. I was intrigued by the lateral flow sequence as I haven’t done one yet, but what a palaver. I wonder what happens to people who don’t have smart phones. Anyway, many thanks again and I look forward to seeing your travels next year.

We had our honeymoon in troulos at christakis apartments in September 1999 . After watching your videos we have booked to go back in July 2023 . As we are Alot older now we have booked the troulos hotel. Thank you for the videos and bringing back so many memories of 1999.
We are looking forward to renewing our acquaintance with this paradise Island.
