In first problem we will perform subtraction of a smaller number from a larger number using 1s complement method.
In the second problem we will perform subtraction of a larger number from a smaller number to get a negative value using the 1st compelement method.
In the last problem we will perform subtraction of fractional binary numbers using 1st complement technique.

For question 3, as we dont have equal digit, can we simply add 0 like that? Don't we need to use sign extension if we want to convert some number from n-bit into m-bit (where m > n)?
