Ingredients list for Green Thai Curry
🟢 Main ingredients:
300–350 g meat, fish or meat substitute (e.g. chicken, tofu, shrimp)
2-3 tbsp Thai green curry paste
400 ml coconut milk (adjust to taste)
🥦 Vegetables (of your choice, e.g.):
1 red pepper
1 zucchini
1 carrot
100g broccoli
50 g bamboo shoots or snow peas
or approx. 750g wok mix (frozen vegetable mix/ingredients: mung bean sprouts, snow peas, leek, carrots, bamboo shoots, black fungus, peas, savoy cabbage, parsnips, peppers)
🍚 Supplement:
200 g rice (jasmine rice or basmati rice) or
150 g rice noodles
🌿 Optional for more flavor:
1 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce (for umami)
1 tsp brown sugar (to round off)
1 teaspoon lime juice or lemongrass (for freshness)
Fresh coriander or Thai basil (for garnish)
Roasted peanuts or cashews (for crunch)
