Hello. I am knitting this pattern for the 3 to 6 months but after decreasing 3 sts on either side i am left with 42 sts. So the neck decrease of knit 15 bind off 18 and knit 15 is adding upto 48. Please help as i am stuck half way.

i have some questions that this pattern for 3-6 months in row 99 have problem because when i blind off in row 62, 63 i only have 46 stiches but the pattern in row 99 is 48
