I have the 2021 Overland L with the V6 in the same color. I wanted the V8, but there were none available at the time. I could have ordered one, but they had discontinued the air suspension. I’m happy with mine. It does have a few minor interior rattles, but nothing too bad. The only thing that doesn’t work is the auto start/stop. It stopped working at around 1, 500 miles. Jeep replaced a module and it worked for another 1, 500 miles or so. Many people probably wish theirs didn’t work, but it would be nice to get better fuel mileage.

Very little was added from my 2011 JGC Overland w the 5.7 Hemi with 360 HP.

Even tho the mpg is not the best i wouldnt change my v8 for a v6. Thos new jeep has so many features it puts some fancy brand names (cadillac, bmw) to shame, i seen people give it bad reviews but i figured its because most test drive the limited and below models with the v6 and miss out on the opportunity to try it with the v8 while gettin a back massage with ventilated seats lol.

The 5.7L Hemi V8 is still available with the Grand Cherokee L Overland and Summit models. I've seen them here in dealerships for around $60K after discounts.

Wish they offered the rubber cover for the rear cargo area and back of the rear seats like they offer for like the Subaru Outback etc. I'd like that just for some added protection for those areas.

I would hold off on buying this. Wait until the new I6 is announced for the JGC. It could get the 500hp version, but most likely it will get the 400hp variant. This should happen when the 2023 models are announced.

Considering how dealers are ripping people off. This one isn't as bad of a markup as others with only about $5K over MSRP. I wouldn't get it. But overall great review and pretty nice ride!

I have a 2020 GC V8 High Altitude. Was thinking about trading it for a new GC 4XE. The problem is I got my 2020 in the color I wanted and every option I wanted including the 19 speaker radio. I just don’t know that I can go to a 4 cylinder turbo EV thing. I’ll look around for a new GC V8 most likely.
