I get stuck a lot when I speak English, how can I improve this?

A lot of time we don’t realise how we are speaking. We speak way too fast most of the times. So why do this stupidity? Talking fast is not equivalent to fluency or good communication skills.

You also get stuck because of low confidence and fear of making mistakes.

I can't say not a lot of words. But i try myself everyday. Everyday i learn those vocalbury & sentence which helps me a lot. I like the way you talk. I love your indian accent. I feel comfortable & understand clearly. I make mistakes but when you talk everyday make mistakes. It's not a big issue. But sometimes i litte bit fear becoz of i make mistakes a lot. I can't tell you😅😅.
